Before I actually start this semester I should write this to remind myself during hard times that I am here for a reason.
These past few weeks people have often told me things I didn't wanna hear. About how intense my course was, the failing rate, how stressful it is. No doubt it will not be easy. I know it myself.
Amidst all that, I believe God has called me to OU for a reason. Completely changing my plans? He must have a reason that is greater than what I can fathom.
So today, I am telling myself that God will bring me through every sticky situation, hard quizzes, and instead set my feet on a high rock and make my paths straight. As long as I consciously remind myself who really is in control.
So here, You lead. :)
Eugenia, really beautiful post! And I noticed that you posted this right after we had dinner that night. Don't be worried about your academics too much. While I think that you are not one to slack off, let's always remind ourselves that we're putting Jesus at the center of our lives. :-)
