Hi there you curious ones.

"Where are you studying?", "Are you still on break?", "What are you planning to major in?", "I thought you are going Australia?", "Aren't you suppose to leave already?" and etc/

Thank for flooding me with questions every time we meet up. For the convenience of me not repeating my story countless times. I am going to explain myself here. Worry not friends, I shall answer all the above and hopefully clear your doubts. (Not like you really care hehe) Unplanned gap year: I think my blog title really answered a few questions but I shall tell you everything. How I got to where I am today. If you uhm really still want to read more then go ahead.

life after the coffee club

 

Totally unplanned for and not trying to be hipster but....working in the coffee club has developed my taste for coffee.

Call it a blessing or a curse, this is an expensive taste. Nooo. Drinking 3-in-1s and powdered coffee just won't do anymore. I paid for two cups of coffee in Kuching in a single day cause I wasn't happy with the coffee. And both cost more than RM 10 each. The next day I had 4 shots of Starbucks in my Latte.. Oh well. Life after having such good coffee to sip everyday.

 

Till then coffee sippers. (Not hipster)

 Kinda like this song by Ed Sheeran. This version is the best though. On the plus side we are on holidays! Got to love the Malaysia diversity - every race celebrates different holidays. Consequently: more holidays. Work has been hectic as usual. Quiet days are becoming more scarce. During the day lunch hour gets busy too mehh. Shockingly lost weight from not having proper meals the first week. But I finally got the day shift.

My first night of the Raya holidays well spent :) Went to Subang Rally 2014: Limitless. Sat with Zheng and his Monash friends. The response for the altar call was amazing. God is amazing. Love that God is moving so widely among the youths in Subang. John 14:12 always.

Finally, some bonding time, TV session with my sister. AH, how i love morning shifts. The 3 day bliss, enjoy what life throws at you right, hey?


On the brighter side, today was a really fun day at work, and I can't wait for CF this friday. Finally a part of high school life to relive. Just praying that work does not catch up too much on me. So much to juggle lately.

Oh well, I must certainly not leave God out of the picture.
